Standard Shipping
Delivery time within Pakistan is 3-7 days excluding Sundays and public holidays for in-stock items. Customized articles take 4 weeks.
Express Shipping
Delivery time within Karachi is 2 days excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Exchange Delivery Time
The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location. If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer via call or email for 3 months. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for re-delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Once ordered, you may cancel it before dispatching. If the order is dispatched and you wish to cancel it, you are liable to pay the delivery charges which are 300 rupees.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded at any cost.
