Delivery time:

Before we can ship your order, We have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items.

Standard shipping delivery time within Pakistan is 3-7 Days excluding Sundays and public holidays for in-stock. 4 weeks for customized articles.

Express shipping delivery time within Pakistan, Karachi is 2 Days excluding Sundays and public holidays.

The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location. If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer via call or email for 3 months. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for re-delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Once ordered you may cancel it before dispatching. If order is dispatched and you wish to cancel it you're liable to pay the delivery charges which are 300 rupees.

Customised orders cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded at any cost.
