Refund policy

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

1. If wrong item was dispatched compared to what was ordered.
2. The product has a defect.
3.If the order was delayed
4.Package is still packed and unused.
5.No return or refund of customised orders
6.Sale items are not exchanged or returned

To be eligible for a return, you must make a video of the product when you first receive it. The video will act as proof that there was no tampering done with the product from the customers' side.

Warning: Fake unboxing videos will be dismissed as false information and your return request wont be entertained.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please return using a traceable delivery method at your own expense.

Once we receive and review the returned product, we will ship a replacement item. If we are out of stock, a refund will be issued. We will make every effort to keep the customer informed about the status of the refund, return, or exchange.

We will 100% return the product cost excluding the delivery charges. Return delivery charges are to be beared by the client.

Any complaints should be raised within 3 days of receiving the product or within 3 days after we request additional details such as images or order numbers.
